MBA Program Format
Globe University students will have residential and
online class experiences, which have been developed to
meet the needs of professionals who want to advance
their position while increasing their knowledge through
on-campus and off-campus interaction.
The MBA curriculum has been designed to meet the
needs of local, regional, national and international
professionals who want to advance their position by
increasing their knowledge through graduate coursework
while increasing their applied management experiences.
On site classes will be scheduled before the start of
the business day, mid-day, and immediately following the
close of the business day in order to accommodate these
professionals, who will be employed in the local, Twin
Cities metropolitan area.

Graduate
Co-op Program
The HTIR co-op program in an alliance with Globe
University/Minnesota School of Business is designed to give
international students curricular-related practical training
that combines local employment experiences with classroom
learning.
Globe University MBA Objectives
The primary objective of the MBA degree program is to provide
graduate education in business leadership.
Its curriculum is designed to enable students to address
the four primary managerial challenges of the 21st
Century: 1) ensuring fiscal stability, 2) maintaining meaningful
communications, 3) upholding legal and government regulations,
and 4) generating research to develop effective business
solutions.
The coursework has been developed to encourage innovation that
is grounded by research and applied, curricular-related work
experiences. The
program will prepare students for middle and upper management
positions in a variety of industries, as well as in small
business development and entrepreneurship, and will increase
student's abilities to interpret and create business strategies.
