practices, entrepreneurship and decision making skills,

business leader. M.B.A. courses include the following:
Strategic Management
Develop strategies at the business unit and/or
organizational level, including strategic management
models and their implementation; operational
understanding of the strategic management processes; and
the role of managerial leaders in strategic planning.
Case Studies in Business Ethics and Law
Investigate the challenges facing business leaders
regarding responsibilities to employees and society, and
the legal and regulatory systems that enforce these
principles; includes how to reach viable solutions to
these issues through dialogue and negotiation.
Research & Business Plan Development
Understanding and interpretation of research and
proposals are enhanced, followed by an investigation of
how to create persuasive proposals, case studies and
business plans. Application of various formats:
narrative, visual and statistical, which will motivate
decision makers to support innovative ideas/plans.
